1. Why are your prices so cheap compared to others?
Our prices are cheaper than our rivals as our business model removes the middleman from the process, meaning you are not paying them for selling worktops to you. Operating without middlemen also gives you the ability to talk straight to us.
2. Do the low prices affect the quality of the products?
No, our prices are low because you are recieving the goods directly from the manufacturer.
3. What are the available methods for contacting FormWood?

4. Do you deliver nationwide?
We deliver straight from the manufacturers in Turkey to your specified address.
5. How quickly do you deliver?
We telephone every customer within 48hrs or a confirmed order to arrange a delivery date. Actual delivery will take place on the specified date within 7 days of the confirmation phone call.
6. Do you deliver on evening or at weekends?
Yes. Out of hours and weekend deliveries can be arranged at an additional cost depending on where and when, this can be specifed on your delivery confirmation phone call, within 48 hours from an order confirmation.
7. Do you provide a 2 man delivery?
Yes, all deliveries are accompanied by at least 2 people.
8. Do you offer trade discount?
We allow traders to contact us regarding any enquiry, so if you are a trader please contact us via the trade enquiry form.
9. What range of wood do you offer?
Our high quality cheap wooden worktops come from only sustainable sources in Walnut, Oak, Cherry, Beech, Iroko and Sapilla.
10. How should I store my worktop before fitting?
FormWood recommends your new worktop is installed as soon after delivery as possible to maintain the original cut and quality. However, if storage is necessary, make sure the wooden worktops are kept in a weather proof and dry enviroment with a tempurature and humidity level close to the room the worktop will be fitted in.
